Used Gump (MPE) 777-F Roller Mill Grinders

3 units are available right now and 1 unit will stay in operation to mid-September. These grinders are in great condition and are a great find.

Specifications / Technical Data:

• F Series Heads - ideal for finer grinding and particle size control
• Belt Driven - cleated high torque belts are quieter, cleaner and more secure for precision operation
• Variable Speed Power Feeder and equal bean distributor to the rolls
• Integrated Grind Normalizer and Density Control with chaff reduction
• Up to 2400 pounds (1100 kilo) per hour depending on the particle size
• 3 phase power with a 10 HP (7KW) motor 208 volt 60hz
• 30" (762mm) wide x 67" (1702mm) front to back x 89" (2261mm) tall

These units are very well maintained by MPE.  All new rolls were installed in 2008 so there are lots of exchanges or resharpenings left before they need to be replaced.  The plant is being consolidated and these units are not needed in the new operation.  3 of the units were disconnected from the line last week and are ready to go out the door.  The last unit will run another couple of weeks before it is disconnected.
