Introducing the 1985 Diedrich IR-12 Coffee Roaster
Proudly Made in the USA Experience the quality and craftsmanship of American engineering with the 1985 Diedrich IR-12 Coffee Roaster. Designed and manufactured inn California before Diedrich moved to Sandpoint ID
Purchased in 2013 by the current owner. Used as primary/only production roaster until 2021. Then used only once/twice a month until now.
Regular general maintenance. Deep clean once a month when used as primary production roaster. Lots of service history: replaced motors, wires, switches, sprockets.
Fully-functional and makes great coffee, but would be ideal to go to someone who loves tinkering with machines because of it's age.
FULLY Manual: Doesn't even have a gas manometer or a bean probe, this well-seasoned roaster does take a little longer to preheat.
This one is available now just not used enough to keep it after the introduction of a newer IR-12
