Just in! This "fire engine red" Diedrich IR-12 is in excellent condition, fully operational, no issues, no defects, and minimal use through out its 4 years roasting time. About 6 hours a week first few years, 12 hours per week after.
Purchased new from Diedrich now being replaced with a larger batch size machine. Still currently commissioned, fueled by Natural Gas, powered up by 110/120v. Boasts the direct drive system on drum.
Owner is including a 3' section of stack with this and 2 - 90 degree elbows. (See it in the video.)
This IR has the roast data logging option via a Phidget USB port connection, allowing Cropster and Artisan interfacing.

This 12k Diedrich IR-12 can handle small batches as small as 6 kilo/13.2 lbs. or as large as 12 kg (26 lbs.). IR machines are designed to run half batches. Roasts up to 92 lbs. per hour when pumping out 4 batches. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
