Another IR is ready to relocate! This one is a 2010 beautiful white Diedrich IR-5 in GREAT CONDITION as you can see by the pictures. Super clean and meticulously taken care of. Check the pictures!
The owner expanded his business and has bumped up to a 12-kilo Diedrich so he no longer needs this little workhorse. Stopped using it a couple of weeks ago.
It is in incredible shape and so well taken care of. We don't recall receiving pictures from a seller this clean for a 13-year-old roaster. No fires. No over-roasting. Constant deep cleanings.
This roaster currently runs on Natural Gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Propane if necessary.
This 5k Diedrich IR-5 can handle small batches as small as 250 grams (1/2 lb) or as large as 5 kg (11 lbs.). Roasts up to 44 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
