Take a look at this matched set of incredible Diedrich roastery equipment. Starts with a Fully Automated 12 kilo / 25 lb. per batch Diedrich Model IR-12 roaster. Put out in 2007. Comes with a control panel on a separate PLC and Diedrich's Zenith automation software. Following up is Diedrich's matched destoner.
The roaster was used an average of 20-25 hours a week until 2021 then dropped to 10 hours a week until they had to close their business.
It was shut down a couple of years after purchase, so it's been waiting to go back to work for quite a while.
Remember, this has both software and mechanical automation all driven by Diedrich's automation software.
Runs on Natural Gas with 110v power. Been serviced and cleaned as Diedrich recommends.
