Running on natural gas and powered by 220v single-phase electricity, this SF-25 comes equipped with the SF combo cyclone/chaff collector As a bonus, the package includes an extra motor and chimney brushes. Despite its age, this exceptional roaster has led a relatively easy life, clocking in only 3-7 hours per week. The SF-25 is capable of roasting batches ranging from 6 pounds (3 kg) to 25 pounds (12 kg) of green coffee, with the ability to produce up to 4 roasts per hour. This means a maximum roast capacity of 100 lb. per hour (48 kg/hr).
