The Diedrich Roaster Is Designed For Consistency And Repeatability, Ensuring A Perfect Roast Batch After Batch.

The Diedrich IR-2.5 can pump out up to 22 pounds per hour, (4 batches p/hr), depending on your roast profile. Like its 1kg and 5kg brothers, the IR-2.5 gives you unparalleled precision and control over small batches. It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes.

This IR-2.5 currently runs on natural gas with 110v power. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Propane if needed.

Serviced and cleaned every 40 hours per manufacturer's specs, new front bearing in 2020, and replaced squirrel cage impeller in 2018. Some paint chipping on the cyclone at the back of the roaster, but no damage or defects on the roaster.
