LGYF-200AX-II is a continuous induction sealer that seals an aluminum-laminated liner to the tops of plastic containers, creating a tamper-proof product. Our induction sealer is suitable for containers made of plastic (ABS, PE [HDPE, LDPE]), PET, PP, PS, or PVC.

What is induction cap sealing?
Induction sealing is a non-contact heating process that hermetically (“air-tight”) seals rigid containers with a cap, providing a tamper-proof container that preserves freshness, deters pilferage, and prevents leakage while maintaining product integrity. The process is simple and can accurately be repeated.

How does this sealer work?
When the aluminum foil is heated by the induction coil, the heat is transferred to the heat-seal film, which quickly reaches its melting point and becomes adhesive, bonding the cap foil to the bottle.
