Our TC-420 vacuum sealer is a stainless steel vacuum-chamber machine ideal for sealing vacuum pouches used in the pharmaceutical, food, and electronics industries.  The unit does not need an external compressor for operation. Place the vacuum pouch into the chamber with the open edge across the sealing bar. Close the lid to start the cycle; it will automatically open when the cycle is complete. Vacuum time ranges from 10 to 30 seconds.

Optional features include, but are not limited to: digital control panel, pump size, voltage, gas flush, soft air, custom chamber size, and a computerized water-resistant control panel.

Machines are ETL, UL, NSF, CE, and CSA Certified. The machine is assembled in the US, and the vacuum pump is a Busch vacuum pump.

We recommend this unit for heavy-duty applications (all-day continuous packaging).  For customers with light to medium applications, please refer to the TC-280-series.
