W-Series extra-wide automatic sealers are designed for continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. The W-1205AAA is equipped to seal materials up to 47" wide and 15mil total thickness. The unit is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Equipped with an electronic timer and electromagnet, once the correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically.
The manufacturer's replacement kit includes 2 heating elements.
Easy to operate.
For automatic operation, set the control to auto. Adjust the heating time (sealing time), cooling time (congealing time), and recycle time (automatic operation of the jaws). Insert the material to be sealed, and when the jaw opens, remove the sealed material.
For manual operation, set the control to manual. Insert the material to be sealed. Press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar
