You don't see many of these come by that often! This is a Fully Automated 12 kilo / 25 lb. per batch Diedrich Model IR-12 roaster. This one was manufactured in 2021. Comes with LCD touch screen control panel and Diedrich's Zenith II automation package.

Notice that awesome LCD touch-screen flat panel suspended off the top of the attached computer system and the mechanical bean drop into the cooler. Here's why this darling is unique! Both software and mechanical automation.
This one runs on Propane with 110v power. Conversion kits for Natural Gas are available through Diedrich.
