The Tufner T345 double-ended beam load cell is designed for truck scales and heavy platform systems that require strong sealing and a long service life. Nickel-plated alloy steel or stainless steel construction supports corrosion resistance across outdoor and wash area use.

Hermetic sealing supports moisture protection in tough environments. IP67 or IP68 protection provides dust-tight sealing and protection against water exposure. Capacity options range from 40,000 lb to 120,000 lb, with a safe overload of 150% of full scale.

Rated output is 2.0 mV/V with repeatability at ±0.02% full scale for stable readings. Cable options include 40 ft on select models and 60 ft, double-shielded, on higher-capacity models. Wiring uses red for plus excitation, black for minus excitation, green for plus signal, and white for minus signal.
