Say hello to the highly Acclaimed Probat UG series 22 kilo roaster combo. And this one's in awesome condition! This 2016 UG series roaster has control panel operation AND a Phidget for data output to Cropster or Artisan versus the standard UG full manual (see pictures).
Following up is a chaff collector, afterburner up top of steel structure support, and lots of double-wall ducting.
This is a one-time owner machine, purchased brand new in 2016. Run history is about 5 years, typical 6 roasts a day, 5 days a week. Heck guys, that's nothing. This is a Probat UG roaster! Designed to run all day long!
This plant was consistently shut down on Fridays for full clean and maintenance.
Owners created a duplicate plant out of state with different equipment so are letting this go rather then relocate.
The roaster and equipment is decommissioned and sitting on pallets, waiting to be freight prepped and shipped to your roastery!
