Lecco Battoni 30 Kilo Roaster. Usually the control system is placed on the left if you stand and look at the front. But you may choose to have it put on the right side. Your choice! The on-board furnace is lined with refractory brick so heat stays in the coffee roasting chamber and not in your room. Chaff Collector, Pneumatic Loader, and manual operated electrical panel are all included. Stoner not included. Special NOTE: the indirect heating is coupled with the cooperation of the double walled roasting drum. Therefore, there is complete separation between the coffee beans and flame of the heat generating method. Manufacturer will custom build the size of the destoner as well as the suction air adjustments! Crating included in price.
