• Ownership & Usage: Purchased used in 2011, this machine was in full-time operation until October 2024, when a capacity upgrade shifted it to backup duty (just one roast per week).

• Condition: Fully operational with no known issues, aside from one slightly loose gas handle. All regular maintenance—greasing, belt replacement, exhaust cleaning—was performed in-house.
