The 2012 Diedrich IR-1 can handle anything between 200 grams to one kilogram (½ pound - 2.2 pounds). The IR-1 gives you unparalleled precision, reliability and efficiency in a coffee roaster with control over small batches.

It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes. Roast up to 8.8 pounds per hour. This sweetheart is basically a scaled-down version of its larger brother and sister IR roasters. 

Powered by natural gas and 110/120 volt. it is easy to hook up and get to roasting, perfect for a smaller operation.

Seller only used this a handful of times in a coffee shop setting and decided it wasn't the best use and then put it into storage until now.
