The Diedrich IR-1 can handle anything between 200 grams to one kilogram (½ pound - 2.2 pounds). The IR-1 gives you unparalleled precision and control over small batches. It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes. Roast up to 8.8 pounds per hour.

This sweetheart is basically a scaled-down version of its larger brother and sister IR roasters. Has an external chaff collector and comes with a data port output for Cropster or Artisan output for data logging.
