Introducing the Diedrich IR-12 Coffee Roaster, capable of producing 25 lbs. per batch! This machine is ready for action in your roastery, having been replaced by a larger model.
It's in excellent condition, fully operational, and without any issues. There's been a minor twist in the gas control arm since delivery, but it doesn't affect the roasting process.

The unit runs on Natural Gas and requires 110v power. Conversion kits for Propane are available directly from Diedrich if necessary.
Regularly serviced and frequently cleaned, it includes an environmental probe and a bean probe. Operating it with Cropster, and it's been an outstanding machine.
The 12k Diedrich IR-12 can manage batches as small as 6 kilos (13.2 lbs.) or up to 12 kg (26 lbs.). Designed to efficiently handle half batches, it can roast up to 92 lbs. per hour over four batches. Features include a stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
