This 2022 Diedrich IR-12 package comes with a large display LCD touch screen control panel on articulating arm loaded up with Diedrich's Roast Profile and Machine Automation Software. Also boasts the digital output for Cropster/Artisan roast profile tracking.
Note: The picture is showing the same machine from a recent SCA show at Diedrich's booth. Actual machine is in the original, never opened crate.
Know that the Diedrich Roaster Is Designed For Consistency And Repeatability, Ensuring A Perfect Roast Batch After Batch.
The Diedrich IR-12 can pump out over 100 pounds per hour, depending on your roast profile. The IR-12 gives you unparalleled precision and control over all batches. It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes.
This IR-12 currently runs on natural gas. Powered by 110v. Fuel conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to propane.
