Purchased new from Diedrich in 2019 - but was stored for 2 years due to shop not ready before hooking up and commissioning. It currently has less than 2000 hours of use and has only ran 1 year!
One-time owner selling due to purchasing another roastery that had equipment in place. Don't need this one as volume is not high enough for multiple roasters.
Powered by 110v. Fueled by Natural Gas. Does come with some stack - approximately 16', 4 - 4' sections. This sweetheart was cleaned every time used.
Boasts the direct drive system on drum and the roast data logging option via a Phidget USB port connection, allowing Cropster and Artisan interfacing.
It's currently hooked up but ready to be crated and shipped to your roastery.
COSMETIC NOTE:
There are 2 scratches on the side (see picts) from when it was originally loaded in and a very slight bend in the burner door. Zero impact on this IR's performance. Just a little "beauty mark". :-)
A 12k Diedrich IR-12 can handle small batches as small as 6 kilo/13.2 lbs. or as large as 12 kg (26 lbs.). IR machines are designed to run half batches. Roasts up to 92 lbs. per hour when pumping out 4 batches. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
