Well guys and gals, another Diedrich IR-12, in incredible condition, ready to go to work at your roastery! And this one, WOW. Look at the condition! Not a blemish on it. Custom color ordered direct from Diedrich, big fatty thermocouple pak, fueled by Propane, powered by 110v, and of course, those awesome, consistent, infrared burners...
This one purchased new from Diedrich in 2020 and has roughly 1500 total roasting time on it. Change of business has rendered this offering for your consideration. It's available, ready to ship TO YOU, NOW!
It's currently decommissioned and sitting on a pallet, ready to crate up and head out. Last roast in March 2022, cleaned when used and greased when needed. Again, only 1500 hours (15-20 hrs. a week over 2 years) running time on this gem.
Boasts the direct drive system on drum and the roast data logging option via a Phidget USB port connection, allowing Cropster and Artisan interfacing.
This offering has a bonus of 25' double-walled 8" insulated stack for additional $5,000.
WATCH THIS EXACT MACHINE IN ACTION:
This 12k Diedrich IR-12 can handle small batches as small as 6 kilo/13.2 lbs. or as large as 12 kg (26 lbs.). IR machines are designed to run half batches. Roasts up to 92 lbs. per hour when pumping out 4 batches. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
