Fueled by Natural Gas now Conversion kits to Propane are easy to come by direct from Diedrich.  Boasts the direct drive system on drum and the roast data logging option via a Phidget USB port connection, allowing Cropster and Artisan interfacing. This machine has had a higher output cooling fan installed..

This 12k Diedrich IR-12 can handle small batches as small as 6 kilo/13.2 lbs. or as large as 12 kg (26 lbs.). IR machines are designed to run half batches. Roasts up to 92 lbs. per hour when pumping out 4 batches. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
