In production, this workhorse can roast up to 7,000+ lbs. a week, depending on roast. On a strong 10 hr. production day, a max 25 lb. batch @ 4 batches p/hr. would roast over 7,000+ lbs. of coffee in a week, with no problems. Probat's are strong, solid machines that carry the reputation that holds up.
The current owner is upgrading and going to miss this guy, badly.
