Diedrich's IR-12 Roaster
New Jets, Burners, Gas Valve!
This classic green and clean 1994 Diedrich IR-12 coffee roaster is in perfect running condition, with only 6 batches roasted on it over the last 6 months. Current owner bought this beauty just under a year ago, and with changes in business, is downsizing as a 12 kilo roaster now is simply too much capacity. He has purchased a new 3k roaster and is looking for a new home for this sound, proven, 12k machine.
Located in South Eastern USA, this machine purrs like a kitten, roasting every batch with consistency and repeatability. The Diedrich IR-12 is known for ensuring a perfect roast, batch after batch.
Currently running on Natural Gas, it only has a few aesthetic blemishes. Other than than that, no defects, no issues. Conversion kits to propane are easily available from Diedrich in Sandpoint, Idaho.
The jets, burners, and gas valve are all new.
All roasters are sold as-is. Crating and Shipping not included in the listed price.
