Beautiful Blue - Excellent Condition
Not often one of these deep blue Diedrichs come through! And this one is super clean, running perfectly. This is a Diedrich model IR-12 coffee roaster. Was purchased by the current owner when buying the coffee company from the original owner in 2014. It has served his coffee shop well over the last 7 years. It’s been in storage now for 4 months after unfortunately closing his business down due to circumstantial issues over the past year.
This roaster has been the owner’s “baby”, and has been treated like it. He’s so sorry to see it go. :( It’s had mild operation through out its entire life and ready for much more. Cleaned and greased all the time.
Bearings replace when purchased in 2014. Blower motor replaced in 2020. Air flow components completely cleaned along the way. The roaster fuel was switched from LP to Natural Gas with addition of external regulator and value. Can easily be converted back.
No problems at all with this beauty. Couple of aesthetic scratches, mainly up by the front bearing housing.
The machine is fully decommissioned, ready for crating and shipping.
