This beautiful white, super clean, Diedrich IR-12 coffee roaster is being offered by the original owner. Selling as they are moving to a new location and no longer needed.
"Behind the scene" story on this guy is it was mainly used for a back-up roaster, and for blending using only the cooler tray 2-3 hrs. a day when used. Meaning, the roaster was not used much at all. Wow!
No problems, no defects AT ALL with this sweetheart.
