No problems, no defects AT ALL with this beast.
This machine was constantly serviced and never had a fire. Typical roasting work load has been about 10 batches a day, 2-3 days a week. So, pretty mild use.
It also comes with 16' of ducting, valued at $3,000.
This IR is currently running on Natural Gas. Conversion kits to propane are easily available from Diedrich in Sandpoint, Idaho.
