Description

Made in USA

Here's a 15 kilo Primo Roaster that is as solid of a machine as you can ask for, backed by a USA company that stands behind their products.

The current owner bought this in 2016 and reported to have used mildly for 5 years, 10 hours a week, roasting with no issues at all. Cleaned and maintained constantly.

Owner has had a major life change and is no longer in the roasting business. Extremely sad to have to let this one go. Runs so well. Will miss dearly.

This roaster is a $35,000+ new today from Primo!

This one is fueled by Propane, powered by 110v. Has the classic Primo external chaff collector. Also includes the ducting as seen in the picture.

No phidget output for roast profile recording but can be added with a kit direct from Primo.

This machine is ready for immediate crating and shipping.

Primo makes "high-deco in-store" very modern-looking roasting machines that are basic and easy to operate and allow the operator to control every detail of the roast.

Primo's digital temp controller is designed to sound the upcoming completion so that you can be alerted to the finish steps. The inner workings of this machine are very similar to the IR (Infra-Red) line of Diedrich roasters except for a little more straight forward and simple.

Features:

  • Two-staged digital temperature controller
  • Brushed Stainless Steel Face Plate
  • Aluminum Trim
  • IR Burner
  • External Chaff Collector included

ABOUT PRIMO ROASTING EQUIPMENT

With over 27 years of expertise and experience, Primo Roasting Equipment is proud to be regarded as a manufacturing leader. As veterans in the industry, Primo Roasting Equipment has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that’s incomparable. We utilize this experience to provide both companies and individuals with quality and innovative products they can truly count on.

In all machine sizes, Primo roasters use specially designed paddle mechanisms to move the coffee in the drum efficiently, creating an even roast throughout the beans. The variable rotation speed allows different batch sizes to be roasted on the same machine.

The drum, airflow, and paddles keep the movement of the beans consistent inside the drum. The precise hot airflow roasts the beans with as little drum contact as possible. Primo roaster’s features create a steady bean pattern and a consistent, quality roast.

The high processing quality of the Primo PRI series is partly thanks to its premium design. The machines roast and cool simultaneously, with individual exhaust for cooling and roasting air. The use of an automated gas control with infrared ceramic burner technology ensures ease of use and consistent batch quality control. The two-stage temperature controller with automatic thermal control comes standard on all Primo roasters.

The PRI-35 roaster can roast batch sizes between 30-45 pounds and has a roasting capacity of 140lb (15Kg) per hour. The PRI-35 is specially developed for smaller businesses. With an output of up to 140 lbs per hour, this roaster is perfect for roasting, testing, and mastering specialty coffee.
