Diedrich's IR-2.5 Specialty Roaster
WAIT - IT'S FULLY AUTOMATED!
This is a Full Automation 2.5 kilo/5.5 lb. Diedrich Model IR-2.5 roaster. This one was manufactured in 2019, white in color. It's in great condition. Was used as a solid, consistent batch, roasting machine (which is why a Diedrich roaster with full automation was chosen) for a front-of-shop chain. Changes in retail operations has created the opportunity for you to now own this little gem. Original manuals and information included.

The Diedrich Roaster Is Designed For Consistency And Repeatability, Ensuring A Perfect Roast Batch After Batch.
The Diedrich IR-2.5 can pump out up to 22 pounds per hour, depending on your roast profile. Like its 1k and 5k brother and sister, the IR-2.5 gives you unparalleled precision and control over small batches. It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes.
This IR-2.5 currently runs on natural gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to propane.
