22 kilo: Probat UG22 Totally refurbished/restored

Originally built in 1959 and restored to original in 2018.  This machine is a gem!  Comes with chaff cyclone.  60Hz availability.  Other options available:

This is an unusual opportunity, as the Probat Factory in Germany actually did the full restoration back to the totally original UG22 from the late 50's.  After all, they have all the original drawings.  This is Pure UG.  Now, if you would like a de-stoner to go along with it - then calculate another $10,270.

Footprint:  Roaster sits on a space of 48 " wide (34" when you take off the cooler for getting through a door).  Allow 85" front to back and remember that you have to find a place of 30" to put the chaff collector - as you will need to pipe to its location.  Height is 76" tall.

Capacity - Batch:  22 kilo (49 pounds) or less, but it is best to not go less than 7.5 kilo or about 16 pounds unless you really watch closely.  You will get 4 batches per hour.

Heating:  You may use either natural gas or propane - just let us know and we will have it set before it arrives.

Electrical:  208v 3 phase requiring 8 amps or you can specify 208v Single phase which would require 16 amps.
