THE ROASTER: PROBAT'S G25

This workhorse Probat G25 has been roasting beautifully since brand new in 1991 and still purring perfectly today. Time used was usually only 6-8 hours per week, so clearly not heavily used.
MODIFICATIONS:
Current owner is a master welder and mechanic, and did many modifications to the roaster (and roastery) over the years, including:
- Cooling fan agitator switch stop added
- Chain tensioner installed from main drum to cooling fan to prevent chain release
- Reinforced steel ring installed on the drive gear
- Roaster igniter replaced from original German part to Honeywell 24 igniter
This Probat G25 was just serviced in 2019. It included:
- New bearings
- All new ducting
- All natural gas jets removed and cleaned
- All fans & impellers inspected and lubricated
THE AFTERBURNER: INTRO-BURN'S MODEL 500
This is a solid matched International Roasting System's Intro-Burn AfterBurner with triple-wall ducting, all the way up through the roof. (See pictures).
This Probat and Afterburner is ready for relocation, and to continue on roasting that incredible, Probat coffee.
