This Diedrich IR roaster is one of the original classics. Manufactured before Diedrich changed their IR model number from pounds to kilos. This is a 3 kilo roaster.
Still runs today. Current owner has had it for 15 years, purchased from original owners that had a small coffee shop. Leaving the state and needs to move it out.
The IR burners have been replaced and control panel motherboard at one point. Includes attached chaff collector. Table can go with it.
NOTE: This roaster has been reported to have an issue firing up needing either a new igniter or a gas tube replacement.
This IR-7N runs on Propane Gas. Powered by 110v.
A 3k Diedrich can handle small batch ranges from 1-7 lbs.. Roasts up to 25 lbs. per hour. Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
