Fired right up after sitting for a bit. The seller has extra parts he is including with this sale. It is setup for Roast Log right now. Fueled by natural gas powered on 220v single phase, regular preventative maintenance and cleaning weekly and deep clean quarterly.
Notice this is the latest "more short" configuration where everything is easy to get to for maintenance and repair. And most importantly - a real cooler . . . which does wonders to correct the shrinkage of previous "all-in-one" models of yesteryears.
