The item is a PRIMO brand mixing table. Was purchased in a roastery equipment asset sale that included its matching PRIMO PRI-35 roaster.
Even though it's been plugged in and runs perfectly, it has never actually been used for any production.
50 pound capacity, blue finish. Stainless steel construction. Has a side dump tray.
Runs on 220v. Single motor drive. Mixing arms are same configuration as the PRIMO roaster coolers.
Current owner simply doesn't need the equipment but does need the space it's occupying.
