Valenta 7

The Valenta 7 is an energy efficient, all-electric fluid bed coffee roaster that is capable of roasting as little as 200-grams up to 7 lbs at a time for an hourly output of 42 lbs per hour. This roaster is designed and manufactured in the USA and is one of the most affordable and productive commercial coffee roasters on the market.

There is a separate chaff collection system (to the left in the picture) and bean cooler.

The power requirement on this all electric machine is set up for 2 separate connections.
• The roaster requires a full 240v // single phase // 50amps. 
• The blower motor requires 230v // single phase // 20 amps.

The roaster has a power block which requires a pigtail and plug. The blower motor comes with a pigtail but will need a plug end to fit your application.

• 200 g to 7 lb batch size coffee roaster
• 42 lb per hour production with a roast time of 6-10 minutes
• 7 lb capacity bean cooler unit

CO-PILOT Option:
The Hermetheus Co-Pilot Dual Control allows you to use the AUTO feature on the roaster. It does not include a computer/laptop and you will need one to run the software.
