This Artisan Roaster is an energy-efficient, fluid bed coffee roaster that can roast as low as 1/2 lb. to a full 3 lb. batches. At 18 lbs. per hour production, it's the most affordable and productive roaster on the market.

And, with its separate bean cooling tray, you just keep right on roasting beans, not needing to use the same roasting vessel for cooling (see picture).
